Kelly’s practice focuses on relationships, managing stress, depression, anxiety, career counselling and trauma. Kelly is skilled at offering concrete techniques that strengthen your relationship with yourself- and others.

Denise Lynch Lacroix M.Ed., RSW, CCC
Denise will work alongside you to explore your therapeutic goals using a strength based approach. She incorporates a wide range of evidence based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness based therapy into her practice. Denise has worked extensively throughout her 15 year career supporting clients with a range of mental health concerns including: anxiety, depression,grief, emotion regulation and relationship building skills. She has spent a great deal of her time working with adolescents.
Denise’s calm and non-judgemental nature along with her sense of humour serve to put clients at ease, feel safe, comfortable and ready to do the work they have set out for themselves.

Sara-Marie is a Registered Social Worker experienced in supporting individuals as they work towards improving their quality of life, relationships, and mental health. Sara-Marie's practice focuses on anxiety, depression, life transitions, burnout, and relationship issues. By creating space for self-reflection and processing, Sara-Marie incorporates evidence-based therapeutic techniques and peoples’ strengths to develop strategies that can help others cope with, heal from, and overcome challenges.

Tamica Herod MSW, RSW
With over 25 years of experience in providing trauma informed psychotherapy with individuals, couples and groups as well as clinical consultation, Tamica uses the Wisdom of the body, mind and emotions to uncover unhealthy patterns and support you with developing new ways of responding to stuck points in your life. If you have experienced highly stressful and/or traumatic events, you may benefit from a therapeutic approach that mindfully explores your personal experiences and strengthens your resiliency to respond rather than react. For those struggling with unresolved grief, loss and trauma, Tamica will use EMDR and/or Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to process and resolve stored memories that have been holding you back and help you build a life worth living.

Janet’s practice focuses on grief, loss, anxiety, anger, identity, illness, marginalized experiences and general well-being from a holistic lens. She brings a trauma-informed, strength-based approach that nurtures self-awareness, self-expression, play, growth and resilience to lead more fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Janet offers both art therapy as well as talk therapy, interchanging as needed to best support her clients.

Allana practices from a stance of body-mind-environment connection, understanding that the systems and structures around clients often influence individual functioning, relationships, and views of the world. Allana works collaboratively with youth, young adults, and adults, supporting clients to identify needs, goals and barriers to change. In therapy, Allana utilizes several therapeutic techniques and psychosocial approaches to deliver strengths-based and culturally safe counselling. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Horticultural Therapy, and Behaviour Activation. Ultimately, her goal is to utilize an evidence-informed mixture of interventions to best honour the multiple dimensions that influence client functioning, and help maximize their potential

Emily supports individuals, couples, and families. She is passionate about helping people find meaning in their relationships with themselves and the people in their lives.
She incorporates mindfulness and nature-based practices into her client-centered work.
